Marketing Specialist

Nouveau Cosmetique is currently seeking a creative minded, passionate and goal oriented individual to join our team as a Marketing Specialist.

As a marketing specialist you are focused on the operational side of our marketing.

The position will require the individual adapt marketing concepts from our European headquarters to the US market. A strong understanding and attraction to the professional beauty market is desired. The marketing specialist should be able to create new and creative concepts to market our products successfully.

Ideal candidate should have the ability to write creative text & coordinate marketing activities for our brands.

Duties

· Edit and optimize marketing materials for the US market that are available from our European headquarters

· Coordinate Marketing activities for brands in house

· Design and develop layout for new local marketing materials (e.g. advertisements, mailers, letters, etc.)

· Execute marketing communication strategies at operational level

· Set up and manage marketing campaigns

· Set up and manage social media communication campaigns

· Coordinate and deliver email campaigns

· Writing text for offline and online marketing tools

· Maintain and optimize our website content

· Work with third parties to optimize our website SEO

· Organize events for brands in house

· Manage operational aspects of professional beauty shows at which we exhibit (6 to 8 per year)

· Adapt graphic designs from our European headquarters for the US market

· Research media coverage and industry trends

· Support management on all marketing aspects.

· Think outside the box to create new content regularly to generate lead interest

· Experience with working with a team and various digital platforms

Qualifications and skills

· BA Required in, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or other related field.

· Minimum of one year related working experience

· Skilled in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator

· Experience in video editing software: iMovie (other)

· Strong understanding of DTP software programs (experience preferred)

· Enthusiastic about brand development, client outreach and environmental sustainability

· Creative and innovative mindset

· Strong affinity and proven experience with online/social media

· Strong organizational skills

· Entrepreneurial spirit

· Excellent writing & communication skills

· Spanish a plus, not required

· Hubspot/CRM Knowledge- Workflows, Report analyzing, campaigns, Lead nourishing thru marketing content

· Shopify knowledge/ experience a plus

· Organized, detail oriented, works effectively
